To each their own, but you did ask for opinions:
I think the green clashes with red... I smell kraut.
If the car were yellow or blue, then maybe the green accents would be more appropriate.
Solution: If you get rid of the green on the scoop and front part (maybe change those to black) and then change the wheels to be outlined with red rather then green, it will look so much nicer and professional.
