Powerflex CABs... Steering wheel STILL tugs

This weekend i had my power steering revamped. The steering rack, and control arm bushings were replaced, which took about a total of 30 hours combined (Lol kinda excessive huh?). Anyway when i got the car back together, it drove about 100x better, thanks to powerflex... However, the steering wheel still has a slight tug when running over wavy portions of the road...

Is this normal? Do the bushings need to be "broken in"? Or could it be the steering rack bushing? I do understand my alignment is off, but this isnt because of the alignment
