Last March my power steering went out while driving on the NJ Parkway. My mechanic suggested I retain the receipt and file a complaint with the NJ Dept. of Transportation. I did just that and a few weeks ago MiniUSA and the NJDOT contacted me. It looks like I'm getting reimbursed. I also filed for the trunk door not shutting (items flew out of trunk) and driver's side door stopped opening. Waiting to see if I'll be reimbursed for those as well.
