I was thinking of doing NOT BIG after i saw a mini on google images that had that. I have a question though, If a car in NJ has for example, plate #1234, does that mean no one else in the country can have that plate? or is it by state?

State by state, and in some states plate type by plate type.

Like we have Vet plates, and you can have the same verbage on a vet plate, and a normal plate. Got an EZPASS ticket in the mail one day, said I blew thru a toll plaza. Had a picture of "my" plate, and of the Harley.

Well it was a motorcycle Vet plate with "RAWR" on it, I have a normal motorcycle plate with "RAWR" on it. Took it to the local EZPASS place, and they dismissed it.
