I placed my order along with a $1000 deposit on a new Cooper Hardtop just two weeks ago (June 12) but was not informed by my MA of the MiniUsa $500 manual transmission incentive offer.
Was the program in effect at the time ? Might the offer not apply to a special order or some other reason that I'm not understanding?
If the offer should have applied to my purchase, have I been taken or do I still have some recourse to "correct" the sale short of walking away from the deal and forfeiting my deposit??
The car is built and currently awaiting transport to southhampton.

You are only entitled to the incentives available at the time of delivery. If your MINI hasn't even left the UK yet, more than likely it won't be in WA until the end of July, beginning of August. Depending on what incentives are available at that time, if any, will dictate what you can take advantage of.

My car will be at the dealer around July 8th or 9th, so I'm counting on the July incentives which are unknown at this point. The only thing I was able to lock down was the 2.9% financing since it's good for 90 days from applying.

I pick up my new MINI on Thursday, Jun30th. So I'm expecting the $500 manual incentive. I'll let ya know what happens.

 

I took delivery of mine on June 24th and was made aware of the $500 manual incentive. Also got a 'free' package incentive, which gave me $1125 credit for the Sport package. Definitely helped make the deal happen!
