I have changed my own oil and am wondering how t reset the mileage on the service inspection countdown. I have an 06 cooper s. I did a search and did not find it though I ma sure it is posted. I had one filed that said to:
Press and hold the trip odometer button
Insert car key and turn it to the first position.
Watch for the word "RESET" to apear on the odometer indicator

Which never happened

Release the trip odometer button, the press and hold it again
Wait for "RESET" message to flash
Release the button and the press and release (only once)

Well that did not get past the third step
