I ordered on April 5 and the 0.9% financing was locked in. I was told I would get the option credit if either the vehicle arrived before May 2nd or MINI extended the option credit.

Now I am being told that I can have the option credit but I have to take May's 2.9% along with the option credit offer.

Sounds accurate, just checking.

 

You should be able to get both, I did the same thing and actually had mine ordered almost the same exact date and was able to get both the 0.9% and the option credit. Took delivery yesterday and no issues after they saw the option was extended.

 

They should have agreed to lock in the .9%. I believe what I was told (I ordered mine on 4/11), that the lock in rate is good for 60-days. So, what they did was lock in rate before the end of April in case it took longer for my car to arrive, that way they could still honor the .9%.
