Great Experience at Seattle Mini

Just drove home my new Chili Red Cooper from the perfect car buying experience at Seattle Mini. I worked with two MAs: Jay Hammon and Jared Farey. Both neat guys, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Why not deal with MINI of Portland?

Portland would have been much more convenient, but I needed a car just when they were going through a bit of turmoil following their sale to Lithia Motors. Email got bounced back and -- more troubling -- their car locating system wasn't working. I couldn't even get phone calls returned (I learned later that my MA was on medical leave). I trust they're a fine dealership. I'll use them for service. Fortunately, the experience at Seattle was so good that it made up for the longer drive.
