Thumbs Up for Seattle Mini!!

I had ordered a spare master key for my recently-acquired 2004 S from Seattle Mini and the key arrived last week. I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning to have the key coded to my car and arrived a little early (I had to drive 90 miles from Bellingham). The coding took a little longer (about 45 mins) than expected due to a backlog of shop work. I didn't mind since it gave me a chance to look over the large selection of new and used Minis. The Service Advisor apologized for the delay and waived the coding fee, normally about $50. I offered to pay anyway since the delay wasn't much of an issue but he insisted and I went away very pleased. The free coding paid for my gas and lunch: a nice bonus.

Very nice! Glad to know of another friendly dealership nearby (I am in Victoria, BC.)
