She needs a name :(

6 months since I bought my Mini, and she's still nameless. I feel terrible, every beautiful car deserves a name, but I'm not witty enough to come up with something awesome. I need help.

That's a tough question to answer. Letting someone else name your MINI is kind of like letting someone else name your own kid. And, it's hard to pick a name without knowing anything about the owner. Generally, IMHO, the best names come from kids (if you have any or know any), or from some reference to some special interest the owner has, or the owner's personality. Good luck on the name, and keep us posted!

Shouldn't that be MINI Pearl?

My son named has gotten really good at naming pets and cars.
Dogs - Artie and Waffle
Cats - Cricket and Stuart
Cars - Truman and Mr. Bickles

There is no way I would trust him to name a human - but he's doing pretty good so far!

Got one!
Scrolled up to check photo again and it came to me - Stella!

Stella is a good one.
I noticed the dogs name Waffle. Years ago I had a teeny Chihuahua and named him Waffle Whiffer. When I'd call his name it sounded like a strange yodel.

Be patient; its name will probably come out of the blue some day.

My wife tends to name her cars, but it sometimes takes a while for the right name to pop out. Yeah, when/if it comes, it just pops out. Our MC remained nameless, although I had supplied her with a long list of names that I had copied from this site. Then one day, out of the blue, she referred to "Millie." I didn't even know what/who she was talking about.

But I'm a big fan of Stella or bridger. I think tomorrow I'll go for a drive, talk to her using both names and see which one she responds the best to :D

Well just let us know, we are hanging on the edge of our seats!

(In retrospect I should have said "Gandolph (the silver)" but I don't think that quickly anymore!)
