I am out of town a lot so my Mini spends a lot of time in my parents drive way instead of parked on the streets of Hoboken (saves a TON on insurance). Anyway, my car needed some warranty work done at the dealership so my dad was handling the drop off for me. The dealership put in in a Justa Cooper. I give him a call to ask him how it went. First thing he asks me is why the one the dealership gave him is so slow and if i had bought the faster one or something. :-D Thought that was amusing that my parents got so used to driving my MCS that they couldn't believe a lesser beast existed. Wait until i get all my Alta stuff purchased and installed 8-)

Sorry, didn't mean to rag on the standard cooper. I just found it to be a funny phone call. The Standard Cooper is still a great car. Great gas mileage, easy to park, and great handling!
