Just saw this on AutoBlog, crazy crash! Glad no one was seriously injured.

Has anyone seen a vid that shows how the driver lost control? Every vid I've seen starts with the driver already going sideways...

I'm sure it's got a roll cage. I wouldn't expect a street MINI to hold up quite that well. That's a HUGE wreck!

When I first saw the video I was expecting a lot more serious injuries.. It turns out every one involved was pretty lucky. It's one of those things that if it was in a movie you wouldn't believe it...

It does have a full roll cage, so thats why the roof structure held up so well. But the body structure held up just as well. Which is amazing. Normally in this type of high speed rollover parts (Tires, hoods, body panels) fly all over the place. Not so much in this one.

I understand the car had an internal roll cage, but that was surprisingly complete when it finally came to rest!
