First thread by new (delighted) Clubman S owner. But have lost my owner's manual. Own fault. MINI brass says it will cost me $100 to get a new one! Beyond outrageous. Any suggestions?

 

There should be an online version someone can point you to... I don't know the link offhand for the R56 else I would point you to it. Hang in there!

 

Yes online, I downloaded the PDF version last year, MINI usa website..

 

go to the official mini website, create a login, enter your VIN, and you can get PDFs of your manuals.

If you decide you want a printed version, you may be able to find one on eBay for about $35. That is what I did.

If you leased your car, you may want an original (real) manual for the car's return. Some companies insist the manual is with the car and charge you if its not. idk if MINI does this, but just something for leasers (sp?) to think about.

 

The OL site has PDF manuals for all models '02 to '09 only. No 2010. I emailed through the OL site and asked when the 2010 manuals would be up and they replied and said they did not know when that would happen. I kinda got the idea that it might not be in the plans. I use the '09 manual for my '10 Clubman which is OK.

Maybe if they get more requests from us then MINI might put someone onto the task?
I would like some of the other manuals as well like for the radio but currently they have only the owners manuals and a Bluetooth manual.
