General MINI TalkShared experiences, motoring minutes, and other general MINI-related discussion that applies to all MINIs, regardless of model, year or trim.
I agree with Dj, it's not that bad...(not my personal taste, but not fugly)...I'm not into the Jeep style spare tire, but to each their own, we all have different taste.
That dealership is literally across the street from my workplace. I'll have to go over there and check it out. Seriously, you see all sorts of weird things, cars, and people in that area. A real melting pot of strange - like working in a Fellini movie, only a bit more out of focus. The funny part is the guy obviously thought a Mini was too big for him and traded it in on a Smart car. Wonder if he can put a trailer hitch on that?
Some of you really need to ditch the close mindedness and appreciate other peoples mods. Yes, the spare on the rear is kind of disgusting looking. It isn't even retro. In the fact that they could have set it into the boot. Looks more like a jeep utilitarian type vehicle, but the paint job is nice.
Remember folks -- there has never been a MiniMod done that cannot be reversed. Someone may have the opportunity to make further mods to that little car that will restore its self-esteem and guide it on to a useful and productive life.
That someone, for only a paltry $16,000, could be you.
Think of it as an opportunity to help all of humanity.
