General MINI TalkShared experiences, motoring minutes, and other general MINI-related discussion that applies to all MINIs, regardless of model, year or trim.
I've always tried to appreciate others ideas. I wasn't a big fan when my wife decided to put a green dragon down the side of her silver Celica, but 8 years later, it still is intriguging. Shoot, if I had the money, my MINI would be matte black. As stated by others, that spare on the back can be removed. But I guess in the end, we all have to think: to each his/her own.
it's not ugly, just weird because we're not used to seeing them like that, but since we are on the subject, does anyone have any pictures of a current mini with a spare on a roof basket???
I've seen the rear spare mounting before here on the forum, but it was done better, matt black with flames, NO! but the worst to me is the 2 foot long trailer hitch hanging out to dry. What idiotic things to do to a car. The interior looks good though.

How else are you supposed to use the trailer hitch while the spare tire is attached? I doubt he drove around town with the spare and hitch on the car. I sure would like to have both on my car for long trips. It would help when I eventually haul baby across country to his first MINI event!
I think it looks cool overall. Not a big fan of the two eyes at the top of the windshield. And, yes, the spare's gotta go. But I think the interior was well themed out.
Fatherdeth, if you like matte black, do like some Jeep or truck owners and get your MINI covered in Rhino Liner.
