The last free service for my 2006 MCS was a little over a year ago, at 12k. The car is now at 17k, and the service light says a little over 7,000 till service. I replaced the front pads and rotors a few months ago. Other than that, no problems. I assume that service light means a major service. Is there any minor service required in this interval? Also, can anyone recommend an independent garage in the west San Fernando Valley?
