Is MINI USA Owners worth it?

Bought MINI-Fred in the UK (military sales) for export back here to US. Have tried to register for the MINI USA Owners Lounge but it won't recognize the VIN and no response to my e-mails. Just curious if I am missing anything as it seems they don't seem to want to know me...

I don't think it's really worth it. Unless you are tracking your MINI then I don't think you will ever really use it. Occasionally they give out free stuff from the OL. All-in-all, I personally wouldn't put too much effort into getting into it.

I pay my bill through there, that's the only reason I use it. Otherwise I don't see a point of it.

Not much -- would not stress out over this.

This forum and MINI USA's Owner's Lounge is where I spend a lot of my top. I've made some really good motoring friends in both. The OL is less technical but friendlier. It just depends on what you are looking for.

Like Tsar said it's useful if you want to pay your bill online. I hate writing checks.

The OL is convenient...I use it to record all of my Services, besides having a folder where I put all of Molly's paperwork I can go there and see what's been done. I've used it to help a fellow NAMer with info. that they are inquiring about.
