MINI Slogan
Dear MINI Owner:
We are a Marketing team from the University of Connecticut MBA program in Stamford, CT and are working on a possible new marketing campaigns for MINI Cooper.
MINI has been highly successful with its creative “Let’s Motor” campaign. If MINI wanted a new slogan to launch a campaign revolving around the “fun and customization” aspects of the MINI, what might that slogan be?

Fun & and cute things work for Mini. I really miss seeing the Mini Commercials on TV. And now seeing those ridiculous Suzuki commercials ~ mightier than the Mini ~ just burns my biscuits.
I mentioned to our local dealership, that they should put "MINI NEEDS A HOME!" sign on the car there in the showroom. I bet it will sell in no time!
Personalizing, making it your own ~ is what being a Mini owner is all about.
All those car campaigns like when Neon came out their ads were "Hi!". It was cute and it got folks to buy them!
Now VW has the old fashioned bug as their "spokesperson".
Our Mini is like our kid. Weird as it sounds. Its part of a culture found all over the world.
Here's another idea... there are all these silly ads from Harmony to hook up humans. Why not do a spin on that.

Now that you have some ideas, make sure you stop back and tell us what you came up with! I'm excited to see some new spin on Mini ads!

"LET'S MOTOR"
The old logo is about the best there is. It does not need to be changed to something really stupid. It is a great logo and it is OK forever as far as I'm concerned.
The logo for the convertible is also really good. "always open" says it all. Changing stuff for no other reason except making a change is not the way to go.

Use the Let's Motor theme - since it's intellectual property, has some staying power, and has a following, and key off the "Let's" part. Yeah, not original, but effective, and consistent:

Or a great one that would probably not go over to well cause all the pet adoption agencies would have a fit would be to show a bunch of MINIs driving in a parking lot that can't get out and honking there horns driving crazy and everything then show someone picking one out and driving home happy and Have something a long the lines of "adopt a MINI". Meh screw you I'm going Hime.
