I have sent several e-mails messages that have gone unreturned and the phone number is no longer working. These are usually a pretty good sign that they have closed, but the website is still up and running. Does anyone have definitive information or a proper contact e-mail address or telephone?

The only thing I can think to do is to call one of their resellers (MINI Mania, Darkside, MINI Madness, etcetera) and ask them.

If PU has gone TU, they would know.

Artists like Palo Uber can be very moody.

 

I guess none of you read WTF:Journal of Contemporary Art. The art community has been abuzz about the disappearance of Palo Uber from his favorite karaoke bar at the mall, where he had been training for American Idol. Rumors circulate that he did make a disguised appearance on the show but after an early elimination he has secluded himself in an intense creative phase and will once again emerge to revolutionize the art world as he had done in the past.

 

They never returned phone calls/e-mails when they were open for business...

After 60 days with no response, I had to file a complaint with the BBB, & Attorney General last year. 90 days later I received new rusty lug nuts

I too have the rusty Uber lugs. Do you just live with it or have you found a fix? It is too bad that their customver service is so lacking. I have their wheels, lugs, and antenna and love them (save the rust on the Uber lugs).

Can you point me in the direction of where to file the complaint? Perhaps I too can get a new set of rusty lugs.
