Here's another vote for Inskip MINI in Warwick, RI. I had the option of two other dealers adn am really glad I picked them. I found it hard to believe but they made the purchase a pleasant experience(fifth new car I've bought over the years and the first time I can say that), both sales and service staff are highly knowledgeable and they do what they say they will do.

Just to let you know, I had a terrible experience with the purchase of a new Mini convertible at the Towson dealership. Following the signatures on the purchase agreement, I actually felt insulted by the way that they handled their not living up to the verbal agreement made prior to finalizing the purchase agreement. I will go out of my way to ensure that I don't have to return to the Towson agency for service.

This "feeling" must have been felt long before you signing the paperwork...whey then didn't you 'walk' and let them know how you felt??

You've done a dis-service to the next person who has issues with this dealer, the dealer will now beilieve that they are able to "walk" all over a customer and not have any remorse what so ever.

I'm sorry for the poor treatment you received obviously, but a BAD Dealer should be labeled as such and have the word spread around that they don't live up to their agreements.

I really appreciate everyone weighing in with their dealership recommendations! I will probably head to Otto's in West Chester, PA, to order my Mini. Thanks for the great advice!!

Keep those recommendations coming!
