It would be very nice if MINI/BMW were to add more non-metallics to their colour pallete.

Sigh... I am afraid though that this will never occur as MINI/BMW loves to reap that extra $500 for metallic paint.

So, what would I love to see on a MINI... Are you listening MINI/BMW?

Here are my suggestions...

Penske/Sunoco Blue

McLaren Orange

A true British Racing Green

Would also love to see Alpine White and French Racing Blue...

I guess that I will just keep on dreaming... ahh... yeah that's so nice...

I would kill for a mini in lime green just like this, but I would prefer an R53 with all flat black trim

Not sure who's Mini that is, but it's damn sexy!

Lime green is nice!!! I feel very lucky in that the color I most wanted to see in a MINI actually came to pass...in non-metallic, no less!!!! And now I drive one! Ya never know who is watching!!!

Add me to the list for Orange.

I can't beleive multiple people listed Laguna Seca Blue. I'm a multiple BMW owner and that is not one that looks good on a Bimmer. It would be better suited for a MINI I suppose.
Estoril Blue stays an M color.

Chino Russo

Chino Russo AKA Ferrari Red. Add that silly prancing stallion on the Mini's flanks and go to a Ferrari meet, imagine the dirty looks.

If it's the same color I'm thinking of, my old Altima was that color - I really liked it, it was different and it never looked dirty. It was a lot more "bronze" than the other "pewters" I've seen which look more like dark silver with some gold in them.

Me too - saw a pair of bright orange Elises today. I think the MINI would look fantastic in that color.

Awesome!

That Limey Green Mini is the bomb! Whew.

Next to a Lotus 'Tic-Tac' Orange, I'd say Limey Green is a tie for first

Friggin' Awesome!

I've loved this color since I first saw it on an early 90's ford escort. It's not quite barbie pink, it catches the light and looks violet in places. It's just a really neat color. I even managed to find a nail polish in this color called "Pompeii Purple". I agree though that it really is more of a magenta.

If my MINI ever needs to be resprayed, I will probably take the nail polish into where ever I'm having it painted and ask them to color match to it.
