Here is the worst that's happened to Toby... cosmetically, anyway.

...Ten car lengths in snow driving, kids... ten!

Here's the happy ending:

Real tasty!

Luckily, she stopped just short of a BMW M3 parked on the upper level. I imagine it looked somewhat similar to the set of the Italian Job movie as it happened. Not too much damage and we should get the car back in a week or so. I must say, the 10 miles I drove it home sure was nice!

I hope you took the keys away for good. i never understood how someone hits the long rectangular pedal instead of the small oval one

Last year I was less than 2 miles from home, driving on the interstate in the exit lane when a big F150 came barrelling down the exit ramp almost into me - I tried moving into the next left lane, but bumped into a dark grey VW that was the same color as the road and the sky that day. Her car had barely any damage, I couldn't open the driver door and the hood was shifted, and the F150 took off like a bat outtahell. They replaced all panels (it was cheaper), but I'm still left with chewed up white rims.

Thank goodness that even though I work at a college, I haven't had much of any damage other than a small dent under my driver side view mirror. Luckily my stepbrother does PDR for a living. It was his Christmas present to me.

I do have a number of small chips on the bonnet, and an odd one above my driver side door handle. I'll probably have to invest in a touchup kit at some point...

I don't own a Mini yet, but I've had my car keyed before (all along the driver's side). That sent me into a rage, I assure you! Why do people feel the need to ruin someone else's car?! Arrrggghh...
