Ha! I was too busy waiting to see if Michael was going to break the news about Dwight... didn't even see the MINI! Good spot.

 

I was watching that and immediately pointed it out to my friends! I am a huge office fan (and huge Mini fan) There is also a Mini at the beginning of the episode branch wars, it is chili red and i think it has white stripes.

 

UUUmmm...Sorry guys, but what ever window he is knocking on is NOT a MINI, but a PT Cruiser!! The giveaway is the indention on the Door Panel directly above the handle (runs full length of the body),
MINIs don't have those!!

I was just going to post the same thing. The PT Cruiser has made several appearances in the show. He had a Sebring vert before, I think.

 

I got excited to when I noticed the Mini too. Also, the OP is referring to the Mini in the background over Andy's shoulder. Not Michael's car.

 

Now, if only we see one on Lost!

I did the same thing the other night watching The Bourne Supremacy (no, not the classic he drives in The Bourne Identity). There was one in the background of a car chase scene. I just shout out "MINI" when I see one and my wife just rolls her eyes.

 

So im maybe the biggest mini nerd. I went into game stop to buy a new xbox game. I said, " I want a racing game with a mini in it." The dude looked at me and said, "the bourne conspiracy has a level devoted to mini driving." I said "I will take it."

I already have the Italian Job xbox game. That was amazing.

 

Forza Motorsport 2 has a MINI Cooper S, R53 generation.

 

There was a parked MINI on this evening's episode of Fringe (beyond wierd). Looked like a PS/B MCc.

That's why I bought Gran Turismo 5 Prologue. If you want an authentic MINI driving experience, that's the game. You can even set up the camera view to be from the cockpit, so you can see the completely authentic interior (NOTE: it's a 2006 MCS).

The official GT 5 should be released by the end of this year and should include a gen 2 MCS and the cars are generally pretty customizable anywhere from engine performance to racing stripes.
