@Sin MINI, welcome to my daily commute.
In the SF Bay Area, we have the "Slower Vehicles Keep Right" signs, but we also have the #4 lane reserved for carpools during commute hours (6-9am; 3-6pm), so unless you're driving in the middle of the day or after 6pm, you're stuck behind people constantly trying to change lanes to get ahead, only to slam on their brakes in front of you. Kind of like the opening scene of Office Space.
My biggest beef is that people think they can ride your bumper or cut you off because you're in a small car -- it must be extra space!
