Have you spotted a MINI while viewing the Google Maps Street View?
If so, post the Google link or screen capture here and maybe the owners can
identify themselves.

Recently while looking up my own address I discovered that my MINI happens to show
up on Google Street View.
The really odd part is that my MINI is rarely outside of my home so there was less
than a 1 percent chance of this capture.

 

Google is actually planning on stealing it. They were casing your house with their 'street view car,' which is just used for surveillance with the intent to burglarize.

 

Man those guys at Google are sneaky... Thanks for the heads up!

 

Mine is on Google as well. They drove by while I was standing in my garage. They darkened the photo enough you can only see my tennis shoes and the front end of my Mini.

 

HE they got my jeep.. My mini was in the garage..

 

My MINI isn't on the street view since it usually is garaged but its kinda freaky that somebody had driven through my neighborhood with a camera taking pictures ever or so often.

 

Here is my Mini Cooper at the Honda dealer where I got here in summer 2007 sometime. It was a shock when a first found this a while back!

Wow ok, so the street view is over a year old then, suspicions confirmed.

 

The view of my house was taken sometime in summer of '07 too.

 

It took about 10 months from the time I saw the Google car taking pictures until the images were available on their site.

 

If you type 110 brown ave louisville ky. You do not get my MINI but if you drive down the road with the arrow you will see my MINI which is really strange because MI MINI is SELDOM parked on the road.

 

I found my Mini at my former address. This pic must be at least 1.5 yrs old.

Wow! That's an even better capture than mine even if it is 1.5 years old.

 

We looked at the Google Street View for our address and BOTH the SS and CR MINIs are in the pic, parked right in our parking spots out front. It looks like they took the time to blur out my license plate too.

 

I found my old MINI parked in front of my house. The street view car didn't come up my dead end street though, so the picture is a bit far away. The picture was taken on a Wednesday, as the trash can is out front of my house.

 

Wow I found mine and its from along time ago considering the mini has been sold for awhile now. Perfect Street view too.

 

Here's mine.........I wonder how many times a year they update since last time I checked it wasnt there.

Parked on campus. Slotted before the black Civic, just under the speed limit sign. Must have been this summer. Metro Vancouver's lucky to have full coverage with recent images in high resolution... thank-you, 2010 Olympics. I think.

 

Looks like a beautiful campus up on mountain with all the trees. Those images are pretty high res compared to what the used in my town.

The image of my house has been updated, but my car is always in the garage.
