Anyone have problems with DDM Works?

I was going to get a DDM Works street intake for my R56. I was trying to order it and it does not show shipping. Did anyone ever order from them and how do they add the shipping? I tried for two days to email them, but no one responds back. Has anyone else had this problem? It worries me that if I had a problem they would not respond.

DDM has been out of town for the past week. They'll be back after Labor Day. If you call their number, you'll get that message.

No worries, I promise you Dave will get it shipped as soon as he's back in the office so long as they've got it on the shelves. I'm hoping they'll have the Ram Air Scoop ready that I've been waiting to be fabricated.

I second that. Dave is great about that kind of stuff but he also is involved in enthusiast groups for Miatas and the Pontiac Solstice / Saturn Sky. Calling them is the best way to contact Dave.

I even got an answer at like 9pm when I had an issue with my DDM install. Great products, BTW. You won't be disappointed.

The lesson for all of us, pick up the phone and call a vendor before posting on NAM. Email might be easy, but the phone is still important. By the way I'll be out of town most of the weekend and not online much if at all.

My oppoligies if I offended some of you, but there is no toll free number. I did not want to make a long distance call and it does not say on there website that they are out. If I would have seen that I would not have posted anything.

I understand the frustration, they probably should've had an out of office email auto-reply, but who pays for long distance anymore? Get a cell phone man!
