Completion date really means what?

Please help me clarify what the completion date (according to 1-866-ASK-MINI) really means. Does it mean that the Mini is built? Does it mean that the Mini is in port? Does it mean that the Mini will be ready to pick up at the dealer? If it means the Mini is only built, please share with me the typical
timetable for the rest of this process. Thanks!

It just means the car has been built. It will be delivered to the port within a couple of days. From there it varies but you can follow the steps here to track your car.
