I have only been a NAM member since June 08 and follow the threads everyday. Is it me or are we seeing more complaints about customer service or lack thereof regarding MINI Dealers and MAs?
I've been a member since June of 2006. I have seen a lot of complaints, but they all tend to revolve around a small handful of specific Mini dealers, that should be in the Hall of Shame. Maybe 4 or 5 dealers.
Also ASK MINI is not all that great each time i have called them, they have to research the problem and get back to me 24 hours later.
I just got my JD Power Questionaire and have not had time to sit down with it but you can bet that customer service for MINI USA will be at the bottom of the rating scale.
I have not had this bad a customer service form any company that I can remember.

The couple of times I contacted MINI USA, I got fairly canned responses back.
My MA is a completely different story - I am still trying to get used to the "relationship" we have - he occasionally calls to see how my MINI is doing and if I am down at the dealership it's always a big hug and chit chat over Red Bull...
