My personal fave is CR/W although I think if you're planning on getting the JCW aero kit, the CR/B looks better since it's more aggressive.

Solid color, i.e. CR/CR is nice too, but I love the contrasting color roofs, plus not many other cars offer that (only other I can think of is FJ Cruiser) so we're pretty unique.

That's why I am asking. I want the least popular combo.

Least popular would be red/red, I think.
I went with R/B (see my gallery) so I could complementarily black out the chrome- can't see whiting out the chrome & blacking out with red/white wouldn't be so special.
Plus the red/black goes well with the rooster red / piano black interior.

Thinking of making the car CR/B with chrome line exterior and surface brushed alloy interior plus the rooster red interior. Anyone else think that's a good combination?

Thinking of changing it to Chili Red/Black with piano black interior added.

How important is it to add chrome line exterior and interior? If I do add exterior, should I make the mirror caps chrome too? Need your opinions please! Soon cause Today-tomorrow last day to change it.

If your not in a hot and sunny climate I'd go with the CR/B. It's really sharp!!

I'm in a hot and sunny climate right now, but plan on moving soon to a cold climate. I would still have the car then.

If I switch to CR/B... should I add the piano black interior (already have rooster red interior), chrome exterior and interior. Ir not worry about the chrome. If I do get chrome exterior, should mirror caps be chrome?

Sorry for double post... made up my mind.

I am changing to the CR/B because of its more fierce look.

I am adding the piano black interior (already have the rooster red interior). I also am adding the darker top (Anthracite Headliner)

But is it worth it to spend the extra 1k for the seats to be red too? Which seats (sport or standard) are more comfortable?

Sport is more comfortable. My dealer had a CR/B with black leather , red color line and wooden dash and steering wheel that was really sharp. If you are you talking about the Black leatherette with red color line, I'm sure it would look good. As far as the chrome mirror caps I've heard both good and bad about them. That is something that would be easy to change if you are not happy with what you choose, so not to worry.

Hah... I just saw a picture of brushed alloy. It looked nice with the rooster red interior and standard seats. Plus I think the standard gray top with sunroof would blend well. I think I will go for that. fierce outside look, bright inside look.

Just an update. I changed it to red/black. I didn't add any interior (already had the rooster red). I didn't feel like adding another 500 for the piano black and alkacine top... so I will eventually do aftermarket stuff if I want.

It seems the hardest part comes before ownership. Lots of Luck......

I know you already made your decision. Just thought I'd throw in mine is CR/W. Matches well with the NCSU colors! Interestingly, at the club events I've been attending, or the 3-4 CRs that usually attend, mine is the only one with White roof and stripes. All the others are black. I'm sure it may be different at some of the events I don't get to and maybe even for the club as a whole, but thus far the CR/W combo has been uniquely mine. And yes, that's a good thing.

Enjoy your Mini!!!

Red&White is classic, you cant go wrong there.

This is what mine used to look like:

Though red and white is more common and more popular...at least in my area.

Well there is my 2cents, hope it helped

Chili Red under black, check my gallery.

Good luck with making up your mind, or, you can get one of each.

Red black, for some odd reason i feel the white roof makes the mini coops look cheap. Everyone says i'm crazy but a few agree with me.

My Aunt didn't say that, but she said get red/black because it looks more expensive. I did.

I'm so HAPPY! My mini is finally off 'on order' to 'scheduled for production.' Sigh this is the longest wait EVER!

Chili red/black mini with premium package, convenience package, Xenon lights, Navigation, Bonnet stripes... here I come!
