I've been researching on what mods I want to add to my mini. I thought I'd start with the alta V 2.0 Intake. So I noticed the 4th of July sale!!! Alta posted the sale on the 2nd. I placed my order the same day. I got an email saying they received my order etc... etc tracking number and shipping confirmation will be email shortly. I didnt expect anything on the 4th or the weekend. But yesterday nothing.... I check again this morning... nothing. So when I got home from work I was going to send an email to check on the statis of my order. I got a email saying that the intake system is on backorder and should be back in stock in about a week or two.

Now I'm not bitching but wouldnt you think they would have stock before announcing a sale!! I mean its not like I waited til the last day of the sale (yesterday, the 7th) to place an order. I guess I'll have to cross my fingers that they're only BO'd for week

 

I know. That bug is hurting you and you need that fix to cure you. There was probably lots of orders during that time. It is first come first serve.

 

And they may have been promised stock coming in and it was suddenly backordered.......happens to me all the time.
