Team Dynamics Monza???

I'm looking at a set of 17x7 Team dynamics Monza wheels. They look awesome and I really like it because it has more spokes compared to the 1.2 or the 1.0. But the price difference is a big difference. The monza is about 1/3 to 1/2 the price of 1.2 or 1.0's. Are the build quality of the Monza wheels not as good? Or are they just bad wheels in general?
