I got backed into!

I was sitting in line at a fast food restaurant and a car was parked on my left side. There were cars in front and back of me but apparently the girl in the Escalade didn't see me. She decided it was time to leave and her back right bumper hit my back left right under the gas cap. It was an 18 year old girl driving and her dad in the passenger seat. Very nice people though. Obviously their fault so they are paying. I got an estimate of 957.07! Pictures are in my gallery. It's not too bad but still... I just thought I would share

Yeow. Sorry to hear it, hopefully with gas prices, the SUVs (and particularly those with crappy drivers) will become a bit more rare.

There is no way I'd let my 18 year old drive my Escalade. Not that I have either an 18 year old daughter or an Escalade, but still.

$957.07 isn't that what it costs to fill the tank on that Escalade??

Hated to hear about the accident, but delighted to hear the driver and her dad immediately agreed to pay for the damage.

The other morning $:00AM my neighbor hit my G^ (Thank Gosh it was not the MINI) I had it sitting in front of the garage protecting the MINI (HA HA HA) and the neighbor whacked it and broke the bumper, light and quarter panel. 1700.00 on his Insurance! It just sucks because it is such an inconvenience to get it fixed

Ok, now I'm really considering moving to a new apartment that offers a garage.

Sorry... that really sucks.

One would think dad might have checked.... I mean backing up an Escalade in a full parking lot? C'mon dad!
