MINI Alarm Notification Signal Sound
Can anyone tell me what is the notification signal (when you lock the car) is for the MINI alarm? Would it be more like the BMW "beep" or is an honking sound? Also, if I install alarm on my MINI with Comfort Access, will the alarm beep when I use the switch on the door handle?

It's the "BMW Beep". One beep for lock and 2 for unlock. It works fine with the comfort access. Here's an interesting fact. With the boot open, I used the key fob to lock the doors. When I closed the boot I got the alarm beep.
