Help me decide on a new car...
I really want a mini cooper for my new car. I had always assumed I'd
get the si but I've heard some positive things about the clubman. I'd
like a little more room to drive other people/bring some more stuff.
Has anyone driven the clubman who can give me some feedback? Here's a
link to the two cars: http://vlane.com/comparison/2207

Those two minis are sooo different, they shouldn't really be compared side by side. You would be doing yourself a HUGE disservice if you didn't drive each, I think you would know your answer after that.
Goodluck!
+1 Drive both cars. Apples vs Oranges. IMHO. If you really want more room then Don't even consider the regular MINI. If you are looking at the conv. Then you might want to wait until they come out with the next gen conv. Unfortunately that wont be till 09.
I liked the room of the Clubman, but it was too big for me. I liked the Smaller size of the Cooper.

For Your "SI"

I drove a SI once. I know your a girl so this wouldn't effect you (probably) but for everyone else. I have a pretty big frame (6 FT), and those racing seats on the SI, no matter how much I adjust, I could never get comfortable. And after driving a MINI, the SI steering just doesn't feel like you have as much control. The SI doesn't seem to have any torque in the lower gears.
