Hi everyone,
Im picking up my new Mini S tommorow, (Tues. 5/27) from the Palm Harbor Fl. dealership and im wondering if i should go with there extended warranty plan for my car as well as there tire and rim warranty or do any of you know of a better company to go with?, I would be very thankful for any advise you can help me with.

Find out if you will still be covered if the car is modded. It took asking the question 3 different ways before I got a straight answer, which was "no". This is important if you plan on doing any upgrades. Most people with experience will tell you that these companies are out to make money, not pay claims, so they will go out of their way to find a way to deny yours.

 

I believe there was a thread last year about AAA offering a warranty which was better and cheaper than MINI's. You should be able to find more info by searching for it. Good luck.
