Assembly/install instructions for factory armrest

I posted this in the interior/exterior forums but didn't get a reply, so I thought I would slap it here quick:

Does anyone know where I can get the assembly/installation instructions for the factory armrest? I got one for my birthday but it didn't come with install instructions. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

I don't know if you have an R53 or R56, but here are the links. Hope this help.! I had mine done on my R56 and it very close to the instructions below. Well, have fun...

Actually I have an R50. Sorry, forgot to mention that.

BTW, I think we should have another forum called something like "DIY" for do it yourself installs. That way we have a central repository for all install instructions. Whatta ya think?

I just installed the OEM on my 2008 MCS and Aaron Ogawa Instuctions with color pic's it was a breeze to install,took me about 2hrs but it can be done in alot less time,I could do one now easily in 1hr.Bill
