Have you tried to call?

I did and got a recording that due to a death in the family they are closed until Wednesday. The message goes to state that you can still order online and the orders will be processed and shipped.

I can totally respect if there was a death in their family, _________________________________________. _____!!! _________!

Although I did not totally blast the Palo Uber Family, I did make a critical remark and have decided to delete it. Whether or not PU is deserving of criticism, let's do give them respect and sympathy for their current suffering. I humbly apologize. Thanks to gnatster, AstroBlackS, and F15EWeapon for enlightening us on the situation and our behavior.

One of the principle members has been fighting cancer for some time now guys. Bryce or Patrick, I can't remember which. History of products aside, please realize someone's family member died, and going on the offensive is needlessly rude. Very un-Mini.

It is bryce who was sick... But I am listed as a "dealer" for europe but can't get any contact... for weeks now*.. I live in the netherlands so calling is my latest option...

I really don't like that they promiss me something new and never mailed me again after that... :s

* so I don't think they ignore more because of the fact that someone has died :(

With all do respect.. I hope they will make contact again because I got loads of orders for spoilers.. lightbars etc...

If they read here to.... My deepest condolences.. I wish the family all the strength they need!

I've been waiting for replacement lugs for a year & they rarely answer voice mails/e-mails...

I'm in sales, too- You can't ignore your customers or you'll go out of business!

Customers don’t care about a Vendors’ personal problems- They’ll just buy from someone else if they can’t get a hold of you.

Maybe they finally forced the inevitable???

In fact, given the reality of the tragic personal situation I'm a little embarrassed about this thread title getting its bumps.

I know it wasn't the original poster's intent to make that association, but knowing what we know now it seems to be in very poor taste. I hope the Mods intervene. This needs to be reworded or else disappear.

Quoted for emphasis. Its not like they haven't used this excuse, or at least something very similar, before...

Only Moderators & Administrators can rename threads. Next time, you can request a thread rename simply by reporting the 1st post in the thread, using the Report Post icon ().

I've gone ahead and renamed this one.

One thing you can do is read the posts of the Palo Uber apologists above while you're waiting for the part you will never receive.

Perhaps you should contact the Better Business Bureau. I am not sure to what extent they can help you, but it's worth a try.

http://www.us.bbb.org/WWWRoot/SitePa...2-a44a2248ec44

A while ago, I asked some simple questions, via e-mail, regarding their products and never got a response. I decided then that if they could not even respond to my e-mail, I did not want to spend my money on them. I later learned, by being more involved in NAM, that their product quality matched their customer service, UBER POOR!

I wonder if the NAM officials will ever ask them to leave our site, if they can do so legally, or even just do it to appease all the slighted NAM members. Why keep them around, even if they pay to be advertised on NAM. It's not like they have enhanced the majority's motoring experience.

Good Luck.
