So, we run down to Mini of Pittsburgh to shuttle a Clubman up to the Wintry Driving event at BeaveRun (tomorrow), and my wife gets to drive the brick red Cooper Clubman home. I was ahead of her in my S.

All I could see in my rearview mirror was the shining chrome grille of the Clubman and, almost shinier than that, my wife's HUGE grin!

She must've laughed the whole way home... I know I did!

Just sharing the joy...

Oooooo....so did she get a NightFire Red Cooper Clubman with a silver roof??? If so, I can why she'd be so happy??? It's a stunner. As a big fan of Coopers I regret that I never got to drive a Cooper Clubman w/ a manual tranny. The cabrio was great (with the added weight and all) I suspect the Clubby would be, too.

 

Sadly, it wasn't ours, but a dealer car that we were shuttling to a winter driving event here in Pittsburgh... but she DEFINITELY had MGPM! It was great to see her smiling that big.

This was the car with someone else driving today... and by the way it drives VERY nicely.
