My First MINI Cake

Well my Sunshine MINI group had a picnic this weekend and I wanted to make a MINI Cake. I've never made anything other than your standard sheet cake before, so this was a new experience for me. Here are some pictures of the final product. If anyone is wants to try one, here are some pictures I posted showing the overall process and of course feel free to email me with any questions.

Nice job!

Now, we'd like to order one in green and white, with tiny little John Cooper Works badges on the front and back.....

I love the little grill badge! (is it readable up close?) Nice wipers too!

Obviously a fan of the blacked-out chrome look.

I would have hated to see a cake knife taken to this...

Excellent job!!!

Now you'll be expected to produce a Mini Cooper cake with each and every Mini Cooper gathering.

I can't see it on my computer here at work but will check it out when I get home. I want to make MINI cookies for our Clubman launch with the cookie cutter I got last year at AMVIV4.
