Warrenty Issues from Autocrossing?

If you dont' want to read the whole thing, bacically, KC dealer is dening warrenty work on drivetrain due to Autocrossing. Proof of Autocrossing is based on Contingency Money paid out by Mini. I hope this is just a rogue dealer thing.
