Hey guys i just got my 03 mini cooper s and noticed that the inside of the air intake vents on top of the hood there are some foam looking things inside. Well anyways i need to know where i can get replacement for those and what they are called. Thanks Don.

Those foam inserts are not needed. But if you would like to order them your best bet is to call your local MINI dealership. Just explain it to them the same way you did in your post, they should be able to help you out

 

cool thanks.. if i dont need em thats cool i save some $$$. So why are those foams over the vent for?
