I see 2 or 3 a week -- mostly when I'm in town (Longmont) as opposed to commuting (to Loveland and back). I like it this way -- I want my vehicle to be unique rather than ubiquitous (like my Wrangler).

It would appear as if there are a couple of local MINI/Mini groups in the area, but the dealership is about an hour from my home, and it looks like that's where they meet. Must be a bigger concentration of MINIs in that part of the Front Range.

I've been seeing them more since I've been plotting to buy one. It's usually one every couple of days. I usually end up tailing them so I can see what year/options they've got.

Sometimes I even start to half wave, and then realize that I'm not actually driving a MINI yet.

 

I usually see at least one if not two on the commute in to work. There's probably 6 different ones, but I see one or two.
Once I get to work there are two on the first level of the ramp, then two more that park on my level with one always parking next to mine. Then on the way home I see maybe 2 a week.
As with anything, you tend to notice the things you have...

 

I know I can count on seeing 3 every day. 1 in the apartment complex and 2 drive by my office every day.... Normally out on the road I'll see 2 to 4 a week. Of course, that doesn't include my fellow DMC Minis!!!

I live on one side of San Francisco, and work on the other. Needless to say one day i counted the number of mini's i saw on a morning commute= 13 minis. that's just on the way to work, people in SF love them some minis (me included )

 

I probably see about 4-6 a week. depending on where im driving. the upper income neighborhoods like scottsdale will have a lot more on the road.

 

There seem to be a lot here in NorCal. Even more in Berkeley. I see several a day.

 

I'm sure to see 3-4 on my 25 mile RT commute outside of Boston. Since we've put in the order for ours, my wife and I are sure to point out each and every one we see. I think that's because we can't wait to have our own, so we make do by ogling over others' MINIs!

 

I usually see at least one on my way to/from work. There's 8 MINIs in Kodiak now, so I'm starting to see more of them on the road now.

 

We didn't used to see them every day, but now it seems rare to be out driving and not see at least one a day. I usually see the same 2 on my way to and from work, and sometimes a different one that I usually never see again. So, 2-3 a day.

 

I feel like I always see more MINIs cruising around when I'm *not* driving mine...

I'd say at least 3-4 a day...I live 10 minutes from a dealer. In the DC metro area, they're ubiquitous...we have 3 dealerships within 50 miles of each other..

 

I see quite a few here in northern Alabama (Huntsville), perhaps being closer to a dealer (Nashville) than you in Birmingham (Atlanta). My MA in Nashville says he sells quite a few to people from Huntsville.

During the week, just back and forth to work I may not see any. On the weekend being out and about I see them quite frequently.

 

Same here. I have seen three in the month since I placed my order.

 

I get excited if I see a Mini at all because I rarely see a Mini. If I have to go to the post office, I know I'll see one parked in a nearby parking lot....and I will see other ones on occasion in town....I see another Mini maybe 2-4 times/months, depending on how much I'm traveling and all.

 

About a half-dozen a day, minimum, usually more... Of course, being in the PA/NJ area and having about 5-7 dealers within a 100 mile radius doesn't hurt.

 

I usually 2-3 on the road per day. I can see more if I drive around the corner to the MINI dealership though.

 

About 6 a day, on the commute to work or school; lots more if i drive to the MINI dealership across from where i work.

 

Yeah I went out for a little drive yesterday, about a 20 mile round trip & saw one in the parking lot I parked at, and passed five on the way home. Mostly 2007 models, and no one waved back. I guess the wave is officially dead? That was the most I have seen on any one drive, starting to feel like a fool for waving to people who don't give a ****.

 

I think the question in SF has become, how many other cars do you see that are not Minis

 

Only Mini I see (after mine) is the one that sometimes visits the parking lot where I work. Usually see it 3 or 4 times a week

 

It depends where in town I drive. Sometimes I will see 5-7 in one day and sometimes I won't see any for a few days. There is one MINI I see almost everyday on my way to work, its a silver R53.

 

I live 65 miles north of Manhattan (Times Square). When I am in town to visit my daughter I see quite a few. The further North I go the less I see so by the time I get to Putnam Country I will only see a few in the course of a week.

You see them more in the more affluent communities closer to the city (Westchester and Fairfield Counties).
