been calling As Mini today and only got a "fast busy" anyone else get this?? In the past I "think" I remember this just meaning all circuts are busy...???

 

Ya busy, could be all the axious owners checking in. FYI the ASK MINI live people are only available weekdays, and the phone system can be shut down after midnight (PST for routine maintainence) at least it happened a lot to me.

 

I've called a couple times today and got right through. I've only used the automated portion so far...

I'll cut down on calling so you can get through.

 

Heh Heh. I get this when I accidentally dial 1-800 instead of 1-866. It always fools me. Don't know why, I've called them 1000 times, but I still think it should be 1-800.

 

Ya, called the 866 - still a fast busy - some steelers fan must be on the line again? ?

 

Too strange. I've called a couple times tonight, just to test it of course, and no problems. Perhaps there is a local circuit problem. I'd complain to the phone company, and they'd do precisely nothing of course. sorry.
