I see a plume of white smoke and defeat for the Evo team. If anyone saw that same series, only a few years ago, that same douche built another Evo to compete against another team. I forget if he won the race in the end but it blew hard. Sort of like this, only worse. Bye Bye head gasket! http://youtube.com/watch?v=V31W7a5i-JI

somebody on another forum said Fireballed blew the car up on the dyno.... who knows... guess we will have to wait and see by watching the series.... maybe someone just said that to get the ratings up?

That EVO is not "stealth". The stickers, wing, and body kit say "I am a race car." Now if the painted it regular black with a clearcoat and had a small wing and 15's that would be stealth.
I disagree. If they simply removed the Sponsor stickers then the EVO could EASILY fit in on any college campus. The MINI and the Ford would draw attention anywhere. That's the point I was trying to make
would someone be so kind as to post a modification list for the STCMINI? I've gathered bits and pieces through the fireballed blog but, a list would be nice.
Sorry, but a list cannot be released until after the show airs. We're dying to tell you, but legally, we can't. It's being revealed as the show plays out.
Wow I didn't realize that the hood scoop was that open. You could suck in small children into that thing. I would think for driveability you would want a mesh of some kind.
What is that red thing to the left of the intercooler?
I, too agree the opening and closing segments are cheesy as crap, and I would rather watch more of the cars being built. But the thing that bothered me the most is that when they show the MINI, and give the stats, they give the base horsepower of a Cooper, although they are using a Cooper S, which comes with 60+ base horse. It's just misleading, it makes people think the S only has 118 BHP, and that ain't right. (O.K. Got that off my chest, and now let's see that black beast blow the doors off some underclassmen.)
Yea, the Producers know about the mistakes and are fixing them. The MINI wasn't the only thing. But it looks like the cat's outta the bag. See the vid HERE.
It''s the final results that their keeping a lid on, unless someone blows THAT one too.

driveability? this thing is a show car. So, excess is the name of the game. They've got 1000lbs+ of stereo equipment!
That red thing looks like a blow off valve but, forget about that. Looks like a gatling gun is poking out of the fog light on the left! hahaha
So I guess those 550ph won't be used much if it is just a show car??
Let me have whats under the hood, i'll put it to good use...no need for it to go to waste.
Did the community participation photos make it into the build? There MIGHT be a row at the very top of this photo, but I haven't heard anything about it since the original postings made the rounds. I keep looking for photos...
