Well, I never spoke to him but I have my own theory; I got his details from the incident report and he didn't live in the development he was turning in to. His brother did (and it was his brothers LandRover, oops!). Anyway I think he was so busy looking for the entrance that he wasn't paying attention to the other side of the road. And when he saw where he wanted to go he just went for it. That's my theory anyway.

 

Ask the police to get his cell records, if a call is cut at the time you (I'm assuming you called a.s.a.p.) were hit, then I think it is important.

 

He already got ticketed for the accident. What more could they do?
