Problems logging into the Owners Lounge?

I've been trying to log-in for the past 2-3 hours without success. I even changed my password to see if that would help but I keep getting re-directed to the Mini Owners Lounge log-in page. Is anyone facing the same problem?

I just called the folks at ASK-MINI but as always, they weren't of any help.

I was on a few hours ago, without any issues.

Logged in just fine on the first try. Is it possible that your antivirus/adware/firewall/popup blocker is interfering with the login process?

Okay, I've disabled every known protection system on my laptop. I just tried logging through another PC. I even entered a wrong password to see if their system was working and voila, it tells me that the login information entered was incorrect!

Plug the correct user ID and password and it keeps getting re-directed to the home page. I'm going crazy!

Doesn't sound like it is on your end. But just in case, try dumping all your cookies and clean out your caches. I can't say it has worked before because I haven't heard of this problem before.
Fingers crossed for you tho.

Mine even worse. I can not get into the NAM by using IE. I have to log into my AOL browser, in order to get to NAM site.

If it doesn't work from multiple computers that are hooked up to different internet connections, I'd say email the OL tech support via the link on the login page. See if they can get your username/password reset and troubleshoot your account. But if both PCs that you use are on the same network, maybe there's something up with their acceptance of your IP address...see if you can log in from a different one (I'm just grasping at straws here)
