WTB donut spare and fire extinguisher (sp?) where is best place

Get the spare tire at the dealership. Wal*Mart is a good, inexpensive place for fire extinguishers. Make sure you get a class A, B and C extinguisher. That will handle any type of fire you might encounter.
I don't think SpiderX wants to use a plain vanilla Walmart extinguisher on his MINI... corrosive chemicals in those things will pretty much ruin anything left in the engine bay that the fire didn't destroy...
Many of us have Halon or Halotron extinguishers - which are MUCH more expensive, but safe for engine and electrical fires... I bought my extinguisher directly from Safecraft, and bought my Brey-Krause mount from OG Racing.
