anyone know how to drive backwards and then spin out going reverse and then go straight like the Italian Job? i think charlize theron was driving the red cooper when she when she did that...

My only experience is on a parkinglot without cars.
Get to about 4000 rpm in reverse. Flick steering about half a turn to one side (I bias left), then turn more the other direction (right) while pulling on the handbrake and adding gas. As you're rotating, turn back the other direction (left) and floor it, then release the handbrake; let the fwd pull you into the direction desired. Helps to disable the DSC.
Wet smooth pavement, or granular dirt works too. There are many coordinated moves involved where messing up just one part will make you look like a ******* supreamo!

 

If you want to do it on dry, make sure the parking lot is sealcoated or you will have issues.

Also, its MUCH easier to do in an automatic.

 

what? much easier in an automatic? that's weird, i thought manuals are suppose to have better control and stuff
