I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find some of those eccentric strut bolts that are sold for just about every other car in existance. No car needs front camber like the mini, and this would be the cheapest and easiest way to do it.

The MINI front suppension doesn't attach in a way that makes crash bolt work... There is no easy fix. Sorry.
