Denver BMWCCA Autocross: MINIs win two classes

Here are the official results from this weekend's BMWCCA Autocross in Denver.


Class: 'bs' Total Entries: 15 Trophies: 5

Randy Webb of MINI Motorsport won 'bs' class against some stiff competition including the E36 and E46 M3 and the M roadster, not to mention 4 other modified Cooper S (including me - #141).

Tad Haas won 'CS', which is the class the stock MINIs are competing in. Way to go Tad. Nice way to put the moves on the new Z4.

Nice job one and all. Congratulations. Sorry, I couldn't have been there to help Tony in DS, but next time. It sure was a blast at the school the day before.

Its so nice seeing MINIs on the top of the list. I will be attending my first Auto-X the end of the month here in Miami. It will be the first one with the new pulley upgrade by Randy. Just wish I had some good tires to run on. Saving up for those.

R compounds are worth 2 seconds over the best street tire. But you can not use them on the street, well maybe Kuhmos...
